Congrats on getting to O4!

• What is the status of online injections for O4? Do we need more people focusing on that??

• We need to formalize our online maintenance plans - did rewhitening go well? Lets see if SNRs are improved after the PSD update

• Shift more focus to GWTC-4:

• We need to plan all remaining offline dev tasks for O4a catalog

• We need to establish a review deadline and communicate when the first catalog results will be coming in as well as to manage expectations for updates with new background
